I am a journalism graduate from City University of London. During my course, I have created video content about The UK's First Black Girl Festival, conducted interviews with other young students with big aspirations and I have also created a photography portfolio.

 

Possible journalistic path: I don't want to stick to a specific type. The skills we learn at University are complex enough to make me want to be flexible and focus on different areas. But if I had to choose I would choose the cultural and artistic side of journalism. Working for a magazine would be my first choice.

 

Passions: I have a curious attraction for our new youth. We are fearlessly breaking stereotypes and unapologetically owning it! It was about time. The oppressed will no longer be the underdog, we will fight for our rights to be seen as worthy of respect, no matter what we are, do, put on, or feel. So my passion is us, the edgy and shameless youth of 2019.
